Unable to do the treatment

Here we are February 8, 2023, what was suppose to be her 6th treatment day. Unfortunately, her veins would not cooperate. The nurses attempted 6 times in several locations but was unable to get the IV in place. Her blood pressure was also elevated again at 175/90. Mom admitted that she didn't take her fluid pill this morning which I am sure contributed in the higher blood pressure. She is so concerned about leaving home after taking that pill, as it keeps her in the bathroom all morning. I advised that she needs to take it regardless as it is needed to help prevent fluid build up around her heart and helps with keeping her blood pressure low. She of course can be stubborn at times. The nurse advised that she needs to drink LOTS of water to keep her body flushed as these treatments are putting a lot of extra fluid in her body. We are going to try again Friday. Please pray her veins get on board with these treatments and her blood pressure is lower. Thanks for following her journey and God bless.
